How we count

  • A week after saving a role in the internd app, students are asked whether the company replied: yes, no reply, or they said no.
  • A "no" counts as a reply. What we measure is silence.
  • Answering needs an account, and each account gets one answer per role.
  • Only answers from the last 12 months count.
  • These are students’ reports. We can’t see company inboxes, so read small groups with care.
