Founders Associate Internship - COO Office (all genders)

As a Founders Associate in the COO Office, you’ll work hands-on across operations, processes, and cross-functional initiatives to turn strategic priorities into action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will:

- Assist the COO with high-impact operational projects and strategic initiatives

- Optimize and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and company-wide execution

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives

- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes

YOUR PROFILE

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

- Have experience in operations, consulting, project management, or high-growth startups

- Think analytically, act proactively, and can translate insights into action

- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
