Job Description

Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboard.

Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Identify manual HR processes that can be improved through automation.

Assist in developing automation solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot.

Support testing and implementation of HR automation projects.

Explore and apply AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.

Support the creation of documentation and user guides for automation solutions.

Support HR digital transformation projects, including onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.

Familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel Automation such as Power Query, VBA, or scripting)

Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Self-motivated and eager to explore innovative digital solutions.

Additional Information

Full-time paid internship

For 3-6 months period

Open for  COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY  (will not graduate during the internship program)
