Job Description

Scope of Work:

Support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking

Assist Inside Sales with order creation, documentation, and system updates

Monitor order status and ensure timely customer follow-up

Support new workflow implementation during transition

Any additional tasks required as part of the restructure support activities

Qualifications

Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Proficiency in English language

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset

Interest in Supply Chain Management

Preferably with minimum 6 months availability; currently in advanced or final stage of study
