[Internship] Logistics Cost Clearance Intern (Japanese speaking)

Job Description

Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.

Process invoice for payment on time.

Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing

Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.

Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request. 

Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's degree

Mandatory languages: English and Japanese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, hardworking, and independent work approach

Can-do attitude with genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development

Experience in school or social activities is advantageous
