[Internship] Accounting Intern

Job Description

Coordinate with the Global Accounting Service (GS) team to cross-check and follow up on payment requisitions for processing

Archive and organize accounting documents, including debit advice, credit advice, bank statements, and withholding tax certificates

Update exchange rates on a daily basis

Coordinate with the internal audit team on accounting matters

Work with the Controlling team to build and prepare debit notes

Assist with accounting system operations and verify documents and invoices against system data for accuracy

Complete additional tasks as assigned by your manager

Qualifications

Currently in 4th year of study majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing

Proficiency in English across all four competencies: writing, reading, listening, and speaking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with accounting systems and software

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to work

High sense of responsibility and integrity

"Can do" attitude with proactive mindset

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment

Genuine commitment to the accounting profession
