Job Description

RFQ & Supplier Coordination : Prepare and distribute requests for quotations, manage supplier responses, and coordinate communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quotes

Market Research & Supplier Sourcing : Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and maintain an updated supplier database

Negotiation & Purchasing Follow-up : Support negotiation efforts with suppliers, track purchase orders, and follow up on delivery status and order fulfillment

Purchasing Reports & Documentation :  Prepare purchasing reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and transactions

Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Final year student in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing

Previous Purchasing or Supply Chain internship is an advantage

Fluent in English (mandatory)

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with careful attention to data and document handling

Comfortable working with numbers and managing follow-up tasks systematically

Coordination and negotiation skills are a plus

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

Team player with a service-oriented mindset

Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Careful, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines

Available for full-time internship position
